Executive Director


Kimberli Swenson joined Pathways in September 2018 as the Executive Director.  She has 15 years of non-profit experience, including teaching non-profit law to local parent groups.  She has been a board member with Washington State PTA for 4 years, and has worked for 3 years with another local pregnancy resource center. She is passionate about advocacy for children of all ages.  Kimberli and her family attend Liberty Bible Church where she is active with their missions ministry and music ministry including the Worship Team and Bow the Knee.  She and her husband, Eric will soon be celebrating their 25th year of marriage and have three children.  

Medical Director


Dr David Paik joined the Pathways family in January 2017 as Medical Director. He is an attending family medicine provider at PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Family Medicine Residency. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of California Santa Barbara and his M.D. from Loma Linda University in 2006. He has a heart for city ministry, homelessness, poverty, politics and the overall enjoyment of a complicated and controversial discussion. He spends his free time singing and dancing with his 2 sons, exploring the city with his wife of 8 years, hiking through the woods with his 2 dogs and reading. 

Clinic Manager


Angie Gantar began volunteering at Pathways in September 2014.  Her heart for women’s ministries and love for babies made volunteering at Pathways a perfect fit. Through her years of service at Pathways, Angie grew in her support for the mission of Pathways and became the Clinic Manager in the summer of 2018.  In addition to her work at Pathways, Angie also volunteers in the Career Counseling Center at Camas High school and previously served as part of the women’s ministry team at Grace Foursquare Church, where she attends.  Angie lives in Camas with her husband, Jeff, and they have 3 young adult sons.  Their family enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, boating and traveling.

Registered Nurse


Michelle Zumwalt joined Pathways in early 2018 as our staff nurse. She graduated nursing school from Clark College in 2009 and then obtained her Bachelors in Nursing from Washington State University in 2012. Michelle has such a heart for the community of Camas/Washougal and loves raising her two beautiful kids here. She has been married to her husband Chris for 7 years and as a family they love getting outdoors and enjoying the beauty of our local landscape.

Volunteer Nurse


Sarah Paik graduated from the University of Portland in 2009 with a bachelors in nursing. She started out her career with a passion for medical missions and went to Indonesia (where she met her husband), Uganda and Bolivia.  She volunteers regularly at New Heights Medical Clinic, is involved in her Korean church and works part time at The Vancouver Clinic. The rest of her time is spent chasing her two boys and relaxing with her husband.
